We will ski in to and beyond Bow Hut on day #1, camping W of
the Gordon col. Day #2 we ski across the glacier and ascend
Ayesha (some ski climbing, some exposed scrambling). Day #3
we ski out, hopefully with enough time to bag Gordon and
Rhondda.
Although the skiing is not difficult, this is a trip for experienced
alpinists who have enjoyed overnight camps on glaciers and
have mountaineered under winter conditions. Ayesha is a
delightful approach and ascent, but weather will be a
determining factor in regard to success.
Please note: I already have several applicants for this trip, so
inclusion may locked down very quickly. If you are among the
disappointed, I may try to link up all those in the same situation
to form a separate but parallel group.
