Wanted: Enthusiastic ACC volunteers to talk about what you like best about the Calgary section!
If you are an ACC member who enjoys speaking with people, ACC National could use your help this weekend, Saturday or Sunday March 27 - 28, at the Calgary Adventure and Travel Show. The ACC will be set up with an information booth and would love to have some Calgary section members on hand to speak with the public about what you enjoy most about being an ACC Calgary section member.
If you have some time to stop by and hang out, please contact Mary at 1-403-678-3200, ext. 110; or Rick, 403-679-8305. Volunteers will receive a free pass to enter the Adventure and Travel Show (parking is not covered). Please let Mary or Rick know as soon as possible if you can help out.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
