Want to take your dry tooling skills beyond the basics? If you want to try harder routes, work on strategies for sending and potentially get upside down, this is the course for you! Learn from one of Canada's best mixed climbers; Sarah has climbed M14 and is uniquely qualified to help you understand the joys and pains of trying to climb hard dry tooling routes. This course is pre-screened to make sure participants can get the most out of it. Please provide Julie Morter the following via email: Previous dry tooling experience and/or courses. Number of days and grades climbed Objectives for this course Once you are approved for the course, you can pay using the 'Pay Now' button on the event page. Payment is required to confirm your spot on the course.

Personal climbing gear including helmet, ice axes and crampons, belay device etc

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines! Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
