Itinerary:
We'll try to climb the Napsihu Ridge on The Finger.

Frequently asked questions:

How long is it ?
The approach is 3.5km (650m elevation) to the start of the climb.
Then we'll have to climb 12 short pitches between 5.4 and 5.8 and do 11 rappels + some downclimbing.
Finally we'll have to hike back to the parking lot.

I'm not confident. Can I really do it ?
The climb itself will be easy/moderate. If you climb regularly in a gym and comfortable on 5.9  should have no problem climbing any of these multi pitches.

You won't have to lead if you don't want to... However at the minimum you need to know how to lead belay (trad) with double ropes and a reverso.
Also you need to be comfortable and fast to rappel. We have 11 rappels to do so we need to be efficient. It's not the time and place to learn how to do it.

What gear should I bring ?
You will need:

- Harness (MANDATORY)
- Helmet (MANDATORY)
- Climbing shoes (MANDATORY)
- 4 carabiners (MANDATORY)
- 1 prussik (MANDATORY)
- 1 x 120cm sling (MANDATORY)
- ATC/Reverso belay device (MANDATORY)

- InReach or similar device (if you have one)
- Camera
- Sunscreen, Glasses
- Layers (for wind, snow, cold...)
- Snack/Lunch and enough water for the day

The trip leader will bring the ropes, quickdraws, anchors sets and 2 radios.

What could prevent the event to happen ?
The event might be cancelled or postponed if:

- The forecast shows very cold temperatures or risk of rain
- One person forget essential gear (harness, helmet...)
- Unexpected trail (or area) closure
