This is a social event for individuals who ski tour and split board, including people who are new to the sport! The aim of the event is to create a welcoming and laid back space for individuals to meet others who are into ski touring and split boarding in order to discuss plans for the season and get to know some new ski touring and split boarding partners. This could make your first trip with the ACC less intimidating if you know one or two of the people who have signed up. I've made a reservation in the room off to the right once you enter the restaurant. I hope you're able to make it!

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

If you're no longer able to make it, please cancel your spot at least 24 hours ahead of time so I can update the reservation with the restaurant as they will be staffing based on the number of people who have signed up for this event.  

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
