Itinerary:

If you are interested in being a leader and co-leading this event please drop me a line.

Ski tour of Mt Field, Whymper, or something safer if snow avalanche danger is higher.  Expect a long day (10+ hrs) at a moderate pace and elevation gain of 1500m.  You should be capable of skiing a big day (very likely have skied 1400m+ recently this season), and can ski diamond or double diamond terrain, including in a cloud in the alpine.

Bring some sun screen in case the sun is out, and skin wax, lots of water.

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   05:20 AM
Carpool Location:   Near Four Points Sheraton / McDonalds on 16th Ave near C.O.P.

Notes:

If we haven't skied together please download a trip resume form here,  fill it out, and send it to me.  You can also phone me at 403-607-7125

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
