Itinerary:
We're planning on Little Crowfoot, but the final decision will depend on conditions. Expect a moderate pace, about 950 m elevation gain and 16 km roundtrip.

We'll meet at the Petro-Canada station at the Trans-Canada/Highway 22 junction (top of the hill near the Highway 22 entrance) at 6:30 a.m. After a gear check and waiver signing, we'll head out and do a morning meeting at the trailhead.

Print out and read the waiver before coming. However, wait to sign it so we can witness it. We'll also have extras if you forget to bring it. Waiver: https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ap-z15R7yjNBg_NrrqGat6sDP_1r7Q?e=HshBIU

The trip may not be completely filled and it won't necessarily be "first come, first served" from the waitlist

If you are adding yourself to the waitlist, please fill out the following form and email it to me or Jason. This helps us put together a group of like-minded skiers who are suited in ability, risk tolerance and motivation. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ap-z15R7yjNBg_IKsm6xOGYuxC0sRg?e=4A77rQ

The carpool location can be flexible based on where people are coming from and preferences.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
