Itinerary:

Preparing for the summer season or just keeping ourselves in shape, let's walk/jog/run at the 12-Miles Coulee.
Depending on the conditions we would practice either down in the coulee or up along the bike pathways.
1 loop = 2.6 km/ 64m elevation gain (as per Alltrails, if we are down in the coulee).
At this event the target is to meet, understand each other's goals, decide whether we walk or jog or run or do a cardio or a HIIT and go for it together!

Hazards:
- uneven icy/muddy/slippery trail surface;
- tree roots/bush branches;
- wildlife (coyote; deer; moose are occasionally seen in Tuscany).

This is not a marathon/competitive race, we are helping each other to build our cardio/stamina in a safe environment.

Required Items to Bring:

V Microspikes - required;
V Headlamp - required;
V Dress for the weather (Layers);
V Mitts/Toque as/if required;
V Sun Protection/Wind protection/Rain protection as/if required;
