Itinerary:

Jean Francois' presentation will start at 7:30.  Following his presentation there will be a short question and answer period.  We ask that you arrive before 7:15 to ensure your seat. Dinner and drinks are available for purchase. Tuesday's special is a steak sandwich.  If you are planning on having dinner please arrive earlier.

The presentation will be held in the downstairs meeting room at the Joyce-24th Avenue and 4th Street SW.Parking is located on two levels behind the Joyce on the west side of the building and across 24th Avenue behind Earls.  On street parking is also available and free after 6 pm.

 

Notes:

During his presentation Jean Francois will explain how thanks to his passion for climbing and the outdoors he was able to overcome his depression.  With images and videos of his latest expeditions we set off on an adventure towards the realization of our dreams.  

We all have a mountain to climb.

We ask that if you are unable to attend that you cancel your registration prior to January 15th at noon.  To ensure your seat, it is essential that you register as there is a seating capacity for the venue.  


*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
