Itinerary:

Asulkan Cabin Ski Trip, 3 nights, 4 days.  I personally probably won't be available to lead or attend this trip.  If you are interested in leading this trip please email Tyler at tylerhallman@hotmail.com.  The leader should be a current trip leader with the ACC Calgary section and have AST 2 & glacier travel.

Asulkan Cabin is in the middle of high quality skiing in Glacier National Park.  The area is considered complex avalanche terrain and has a number of options for skiing and peak bagging.

Participants should generally have AST 2 and be familiar with glacier travel and rescue.

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   06:30 AM
Carpool Location:   TBD

Notes:

Carry the Avaluator card with you and use it at decision points throughout the day.

  • Member $185.00 CAD
Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

If you sign up for the waitlist please remember to remove yourself from the trip if you can no longer make it.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
