Hoping to take advantage of good weather and dry rock in Rogers Pass over the long weekend. The objective(s) will depend on conditions, bivy/camping options and the group, but generally the aim is to get in a longer alpine rock route / traverse. Some glacier travel is possible so crevasse rescue training and proficiency is a must. The first person who signs up isn't necessarily going to be added on. The group size may be increased to three, but to start with it's set at two. You need to be able to put in long days with significant elevation gain/loss and continuous movement. That includes the ability to move efficiently up and down third, fourth and mid-fifth class terrain and steep snow. If we've never been out together on an alpine / multi-pitch rock climb I may be in touch for additional information on your experience. The plan is to drive out on Saturday morning, but a Friday night departure is possible if it makes more sense. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.

Required Items to Bring:

- Harness, helmet, triple-action carabiner, belay-rappel device, PAS, rappel device extension and backup, locking carabiners, (purcell) prussiks, crevasse rescue gear, ice axe, crampons

- Rock shoes (may not be needed)

- Warm layers and waterproof outers

- Overnight gear: sleeping bag, mat, personal care

- 2 x no cook dinner, 2 x no cook breakfast, lunches and snacks
