Costs: $215.00 (this includes paypal fees and tax)
Course Content: The intent of this one-day course is to give participants an introduction to the intricacies of leading and following aid pitches. The curriculum would include: clean-aid placements, testing pieces, efficiency, rope ascension and lower outs. All systems will be practiced as mock-leads.
Prerequisites: This is not a beginner course so some climbing experience is necessary. Participants should have some of their own rack and should have taken a trad rock course.

The Calgary Section of the Alpine Club of Canada is a not for profit / flow through course and trip provider. We organize courses and trips based on member demand and divide any costs that we incur between event attendees. In other words, we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
