Have you checked out National's Asulkan powder camp this
coming February! See basic detail
below:
The dates are Feb 4-7.
Sign up through the Calgary Section and we will register you
on National's trip. We have a large credit with National due
to 2020/2021 hut bookings and cancellations and don't want to lose the
credit. We are offering a $50 reduction so the price will be $1295 +
tax. Once you have signed up and paid using the PayPal button below
Clare Ormerod (clareormerod@hotmail.co.uk) will register you with National and
they will take it from there. If you
have any questions email Clare and she will be more than happy to help. A Skiing Experience
Normally Reserved for Heli-Accessed Lodges Rogers Pass is one of
the undoubted capitals of North American ski touring thanks to its reliable
powder, massive vertical and varied terrain types. And this guided, catered
camp takes you to the hut which allows you to fully maximize this potential -
the Asulkan Cabin.
This year we are offering our Asulkan Powder Camp on two prime weekends (Friday
to Sunday) to suit accommodate for your busy schedule. The spectacular, high
altitude location of the hut will allow you to tackle some of Rogers Pass's
more involved ski mountaineering objectives and our knowledgeable guides will
allow you get the most out of your visit. What's more, we'll arrange for high
quality, backcountry-specific food to be portered up to the hut so you can put
your energy into skiing rather than carrying a heavy pack.
Our Rogers Pass Powder Camps are always some of our most popular so let us take
the stress out of your Rogers Pass experience this winter and register early to
avoid disappointment!
*Please note that in order to join any Alpine Club of Canada trip that is based
out of a backcountry hut you will need to show proof that you are double
vaccinated for Covid-19*

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
