2 nights (Friday and Saturday) booked at Beauty Creek for 12 people. Plans will depends on weather, avalanche, snow, and ice conditions. The weekend will be mostly a choose your own adventure. We will try and coordinate a group climb on Saturday for those interested to get lots of laps in. Likely Balfour Wall. Sunday we will plan to get out for multi pitch climbs or skiing. If you have any questions please contact me.
- There is an option to ski on Friday. Please let me know if you are interested in this option when you send me your experience.
- Sleeping Arrangements: We have the whole hostel and can coordinate bunks of 3 based on cohorts/rope team. Hostel will be at half its normal capacity.
- Communal Areas: Masks and routine hand sanitization will be expected .
- Food: Everyone will likely do their own.
- The cost is $80 and once accepted you need to make a payment via the PayPal button below within 2 days and you will then be moved onto the trip.
** Attendees will be pre-screened. Preference will be given to established rope teams / cohorts. Pleas email me (kyle.potts@ucalgary.ca) with your climbing experience and you intended group. If you are an individual let me know your experience and potential objectives for the weekend and I will attempt to pair you with or make a group for you to join.
** Please note bedding is no longer provided at the hostel, please bring your own sleeping bag etc **

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
