Do you want to participate in Alpine committee initiatives and tasks that make our club great?
Come and join us for this meeting where we will brainstorm new ideas, divide tasks and work towards more cool events.
The expectation is that you will continue to work with us on on-going basis and contribute to making our events better and better.

What we will cover in our get-together:
- alpine chair responsibilities
- training of new co-ordinators and divide who trains whom
- update the AMP checklist
- status of the trips and next steps for each trip
- additional AMP events to consider to take AMP to the next level
- brainstorm

members and non-members.
Bring your laptop and bring your beer! After we can play in the cave. Bring your tools and rock shoes if you like!

Existing trip leaders are welcome to attend if
they
would like to share their experience and are
keen
to
help attendees become trip organizers.
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
