Join us at site 5 Edworthy Park for our annual picnic. Burgers and non alcoholic beverages will be provided. Please bring your own dishes, cutlery and a pot luck dish to compliment the burgers. Please let us know if you would like a veggie burger. We are in a covered picnic area so this event will go rain, snow or shine. (hey, it's Calgary)

Event Directions:   Parking is available at both the south and north end of Edworthy Park.  

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

Since we are buying the burgers we ask that if you need to cancel you let us know by August 16 at 9am.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
