Itinerary:

Please sign up for this event AND the Rock Review if you are going to join us for the day and for Saturday night. Thank you.
The location of the Rock Review is the Rafter Six Ranch. Some of us will be camping there on Friday night and we'll be leaving from there in the morning to make our way to Wasootch. Or we can meet you at Wasootch. We'll be the ones with the kids!
This is open to all ages of children (that is, up to 18).

Come join us if you have some nippers of your own! We'll be setting up top ropes on a variety of routes.

Required Items to Bring:

Personal climbing gear, treats, water, a rope if you have one, HELMETS, sunscreen.
First aid (aka Band Aids/plasters)
And if there is still room, more treats. Oh, and some regular nourishment.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Sunscreen or rain gear or both depending on the weather.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   Take exit 118 to highway 40 south from highway 1. The Wasootch day use area is about 17.7 kilometers south and on the left (east) side of highway 40. Park there and walk up the creek bed staying to the left bank. You'll start to see bolts on the wall a few hundred meters up the creek bed. I believe that it is "C" and "D" slabs where we normally end up climbing. I'll hang up an ACC flag in the trees to indicate where we are.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
