Bonar McCallum from Move to Move will be talking about thoracic mobility for both injury prevention and better technique. Andrea Dowd, from Precision Sports Therapy will then talk about foot injuries and how the climbing shoe is predisposing you to faulty biomechanics of the foot. Please bring your climbing shoes, and be prepared to go shoeless in this session. Andrea will also talk about common elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and finger injuries and prevention.
