Itinerary: |
Date was changed so that its not Easter Monday
;) There is a conflict with Rock-It. In the odd
chance you are starting to Rock Climb with Rock-It
this year, and want to attend please come late.
Ski committee meeting. Anyone interested is welcome
to
attend. We’ll have a beer, reminisce about the
winter
that was, and the one to come.
This is your opportunity to share any plans you
may have
for next winter season, provide some feedback from
this year
and tell us what you would like to see more of next
year.
Topics include:
BITS for 2019/2020. We would like to have all of
the BITS
leaders come on a “How To Lead BITS”
weekend which will be led by Brent Peters ACMG
guide and
the Ski Chair. This event would be subsidized and
is a
great way to improve your leadership skills and get
ready for
the winter season.
Other topics include: Powder Review, hut
bookings for
2019/2020, club bookings of private huts, possible
AMP
events and other courses you would like to see or
personally coordinate. Another topic for
discussion is the new process for becoming a trip
leader both
from an applicant and reviewer perspective.
If you can’t make this date but have something
to
share please feel free to drop me a line:

Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.

Trip Feedback
