Itinerary:
** This is a recurring event for participants who have signed up for the first (1 of 8) training event/program ** Do you want to train together to climb better and higher grades? The intent of this event/program is to train in all facets (technique, endurance, power, etc) in a small group in a regular basis. Tentatively, Every Thursday and Monday evening for 4 weeks or longer. (meaning that I am looking for people who can commit to this) If there is enough interest for this event, I plan to come up with a program and have a theme on each training day or week. In general, there will be warm up on the floor, warm up on wall, focused training, strength building, cool down and stretch. This is not for beginner climbers. Participant must be able to flash a 5.10 and lead belay. Participant will be selected.
Required Items to Bring:
Training mind/attitude; able to lead belay, flash 5.10 or higher

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
