COVID 19 Info: Please protect yourself and others. On single day trips please practice social distancing. Masks are recommended when within 2m of non-cohort participants. On multiday trips you are considered to be in a cohort with the other participants and specific safety measures are the discretion of the trip coordinator. This should be a fun event, with something for all different ability levels and type of skier.
This posting is reserving spots on the calendar for the Wheeler Hut Powder Review 2020, The trip is 2 nights at Wheeler Hut. The cost is 70 per person, and may have other features TBD by the trip coordinator. Invoice 351418, Please enquire if you would like to lead this trip.
To sign up for the trip please add yourself to the waitlist and wait until after the coordinator has responded to you with regards to your eligibility before you for the trip. Payment can be made via Paypal below. You will need to forward your receipt to the trip coordinator before they can add you to the trip. There are no refunds for cancellations by participants unless the participant finds a suitable replacement.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non- recoverable costs).
The Calgary Section of the Alpine Club of Canada is a not for profit / flow through course and trip provider. We organize courses and trips based on member demand and divide any costs that we incur between event attendees. In other words, we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
