Itinerary:
We will continue the "Night Terrors" series with an easy night at the Junk Yards. This is a great evening out for anyone just learning to Ice Climb, with the added element of climbing at night. All skill levels welcome.
Required Items to Bring:
Helmet, Boots, Crampons, Harness, Ice tools, Belay device with locker, Head Lamp, lots of warm cloths and spare gloves.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Warm drinks, spare head lamp or extra batteries

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   Park at Grassi Lake Trail Head on Ken Ritchie Way. Follow the road up to the climbing area.  
Carpool Departure Time:   04:30 PM
Carpool Location:   Car Pool Parking lot just east of the new Rocky Mountain Climbing Gym
Carpool Directions:   Leave Car Pool location at 4:40 and arrive at the trail head around 5:30.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
