Itinerary:

This is an annual call-out for those interested in participating with climbing committee. Climbing committee runs at least 2 events per year: Rock Review & Ice Review. In addition to planning these events, some other responsibilities of this committee may include:

*helping to coordinate & integrate all climbing related programming

*building best-practice recommendations for trip leaders

*promoting consistent risk management standards

*determining content for the website

*recruiting & training new trip leaders

*participating in the trip-leader vetting procedure development

*making recommendations to the training & leadership committee

*other things that I haven’t thought of but you might have

ALL LEVELS of climbing & ACC experience are welcome, having a few newcomers would be particularly useful in terms of giving us insight into how new members integrate into climbing activities.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   On 20 Ave close to the intersection with 13 St (Jimmy's A&A). Nepalese Prayer Flags on the porch. Take 14 or 10 St off 16 Ave. Parking is free and copious in front of the house.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.

Trip Feedback
If you have any feedback, positive or negative, concerning this trip or any other, we want to hear from you! You can send any feedback you may have to the Section Chair.

Registration for this event closed on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 04:00 PM.
