How to Get There:
Event Directions:   approx 20 km west of Lake Louise on Hwy 1 - at the Lake O'Hara parking lot. Because it is a hike in, departure time is up to you. Sandy and I will target a departure from the Lake O'Hara parking lot at 3 pm if anyone else is available to join us.

Be sure to register all adults and add the kids as guests with their ages please! This trip is a great way to get your kids out in the mountains. It's also a great way to meet other ACC members with kids to get out and do things with.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

Payment is due immediately after acceptance to the trip. Cancellations will only receive a refund if a replacement is found. Cost for weekend is approx $110 / adult, $55 / child but children under 2 are free! Wilderness passes will be required by all and are an additional cost if you don't have one already. Exact costs will be calculated once final numbers are known. New payment method has been implemented this year by the Executive and details will be sent along with payments due once participants are selected onto the trip.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non- recoverable costs).
The Calgary Section of the Alpine Club of Canada is a not for profit / flow through course and trip provider. We organize courses and trips based on member demand and divide any costs that we incur between event attendees. In other words, we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
