up the Lake O'Hara road and then 2 Km to the hut. Potluck meals will
be organized for some meals. Family Trip - all ages welcome.

|
approx 20 km west of Lake Louise on Hwy 1 - at the Lake O'Hara

Notes: |
Be sure to register all adults and add the kids as guests with their
ages please! This trip is a great way to get your kids out in the
mountains. It's also a great way to meet other ACC members with
kids to get out and do things with.

Payment is due immediately after acceptance to the trip.
Cancellations will only receive a refund if a replacement is found.
Cost for weekend is approx $110 / adult, $55 / child but children
under 2 are free! Wilderness passes will be required by all and are an
additional cost if you don't have one already. Exact costs will be
calculated once final numbers are known. New payment method has
been implemented this year by the Executive and details will be sent
along with payments due once participants are selected onto the trip.
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
