Spend a weekend camping and climbing in the ghost. Our vehicle only has space for 2 more but we can open the group up if we get more drivers. Participants need to be self-sufficient climbers who can lead, lead belay, set anchors and rappel. If you haven't climbed with us before, please send us a brief climbing resume. Attendees responsible for bringing their own camping gear. As always, there is no guarantee when going into the Ghost. We may have to change plans, or we may have to spend some time dealing with river crossing etc
Required Items to Bring:
Rock climbing gear: Harness, helmet, shoes, belay device, prussic etc. Sandals or rubber boots in case we need to do any river crossings on foot. Camping gear Warm clothes

Carpool Departure Time:   05:00 PM

Carpool Directions:   We'll meet in NW Calgary Friday evening. Hoping to leave at 5 but if you are interested and but can't make it until a little later shoot us an email.

Everyone attending this event will be required to sign the ACC Waiver at the beginning of the event. Read the waiver carefully to ensure you fully understand it. If possible, please print and fill it out except for the signature fields before arriving at the event.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
