Itinerary: |
tues april 11, 6 am: depart calgary, drive to peyto, ski to hut. time and
energy permitting, go for tour.
wed april 11: ski to mistaya mountain and back (weather permitting)
thurs april 12: ski out and drive home. may stop along the way if the
weather is nice.
cost for the two night stay at peyto hut is 65$ per person including
the acc admin fee of 5$. payment must be emailed to
treasurer@acccalgary.ca
include your name, email address and the name and dates of the trip
when making the payment. send a follow up email with the password
to the treasurer.
a wilderness pass or backcountry permit is also required to stay at
Peyto (9.80$/person/night or yearly pass at 68.70). these can be
purchased through the acc by calling 403 678 3200. no permit, no
staying at the hut! call well in advance as the number is often busy.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
