Itinerary:
Depart Calgary early. Drive to Rogers Pass. Ski tour Sunday. Stay in Golden Sunday night. Ski the pass again Monday. Drive home. If it snows too much and the road is closed over Rogers Pass or the WRAs are closed we will ski Kicking Horse on Sunday. Expect full days with 1000 - 1500m of elevation gain and advanced ski terrain. Accomodation is Travel Lodge. Expected cost is ~$60 per person depending on room choice. Add $105 if we ski at Kicking Horse on Sunday - but it will be powder so it's okay to pay for a lift ticket. Current snow forecasts have been downgraded for Saturday, so it's unlikely we will have to ski KHMR.
Required Items to Bring:
Ski tour kit - beacon, probe, shovel, layers, etc. Warm clothes, layers. Sun glasses, sun screen.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Glacier travel kit

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   Note: If we haven't skied together please send an email to the coordinators detailing your experience, fitness level and downhill ski ability. Please try to provide a general overview and specifics.

Notes:
Payment for the room can be made directly to Tyler, unless you make your room reservation yourself, which you can do.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

No refunds. If you want to ski all three days of the weekend that may be possible if other members of the group are keen.
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
