Itinerary:
This is a "Leader's Choice" outing. It snowed, and I hear it's fantastic skiing! We'll decide on the destination closer to Sunday and the choice will mostly be based on avalanche conditions. I don't expect to ski aggressive terrain based on recent avalanche hazard level. The terrain, skiing and fitness level will be intermediate to advanced skill level.
Required Items to Bring:
Avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel, warm clothing

Recommended Items to Bring:
personal first aid, emergency shelter, warm drinks, food, cookies or home baking for the group!

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   06:30 AM
Carpool Location:   Recycle bins by COP
Carpool Directions:   Phone me or text me if you don't know this location.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
