Exclusively for BIT 2018 Registered Participants! We will head up the parkway to just before Bow Lake. This is an easy/moderate beautiful ski tour with great views on the bench towards the pass with a few spots for some lovely turns. Distance is about 18 kms return with 468 meters of elevation gain, although beware that it does go up and down out and back. If avi conditions are high we can do a few laps in the glades. We will end our day with a short drive to Mosquito Creek hostel to join the other BIT participants!
Required Items to Bring:
Ski gear, avi gear, warm cloths, food, water for the day and your overnight bag with cloths, food and toiletries for the hostel. This is a rustic hostel so no running water!

Recommended Items to Bring:
Sunscreen, headlamp, small first aid, sunglasses, and remember a towel for the Sauna!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
