Itinerary:
Are you aspiring to improve your lead climbing technique on ice. Do you get a little pumped out on steep ice, sometimes get a little desperate when placing that ice screw? So do we. The focus for this trip will be to head out and work on steep ice lead technique. The plan will be to take photos and video to provide critique for each of the participants. We are not ACMG guides, so we will all be learning/critiquing each other.
Required Items to Bring:
Personal ice climbing gear; eg helmet, harness, tools, equipment for belay and rapping, etc.

Recommended Items to Bring:
We will bring a SLR camera and tripod, if you want other photographic equipment that would be great.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
