calendar for the Peyto Hut. Please note that
Tyler is a coordinator only and will not be
attending. If you are interested in leading

are waived for the trip leader.
The cost is $80 per person, not including
wilderness passes, which you must purchase
Please wait until after the
coordinator has responded to you with regards
to your eligibility to pay for the trip.
Payment can be made via e-transfer to the
Treasurer at treasurerClub@acccalgary.ca along
with the following information: Name, Full
Address with postal code, phone number, email,
event title and date, trip leader/coordinator
and the password to accept the payment.
These details assist the bookkeeper in
sending out receipts for payments. Once I have
confirmation from the Treasurer that you have
paid your deposit, I will move you from the
waiting to the attendee list.
There are no refunds for cancellations
by participants unless the participant finds a

If you are interested please sign up and
send an email to the trip coordinator(s) with
your experience level, including your fitness
level, ski ability and avalanche/crevasse
rescue knowledge. The trip traverses serious
glacier and possibly complex avalanche terrain
and it is highly recommended participants have
AST 2, first aid and crevasse rescue.
*Please note: 10$ of the trip fee is going
to support trip leader training within the
club. Why? Because we have lots of demand for
trips and need more good trip leaders to fill
the demand. We hope you will support this
*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
