                                | Two years ago the Wheeler Hut saw a group of young and old skiers congregate at Wheeler Hut for the enjoyment of quality craft beer from the kegs and lots and lots of tasty ham.
In the name of tradition, and because this was simply THAT MUCH FUN, let's do it again!
Hut has been booked for 20 beds for the nights April 1 + 2.
April 1 is a Sunday
April 2 is a Statutory holiday
April 3... you may need to take the day off!
You bring your meal contribution - deserts, appetizers and sides. And everything else is sorted! (Expect more info on coordinating this. I mean... 20 dishes of brownies sounds good but let's be reasonable now!)
Cost to you is $60 per person per night for ACC members, or $70 for non-members. That covers your beds and subsidizes the beer and ham, which I will provide! (Those feeling happy to help haul the supplies in, please take note!) |

 Cancellation Policy
If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
