This trip starts from the Café at the Dreamcatcher hostel in Golden at 8am on Monday December 18. We will drive to the Pass and ski to the Asulkan Hut on Monday, and ski out later Wednesday (Dec 20) afternoon and return to Calgary. The cost is $65 per person, not including wilderness passes, which you must purchase separately. Once you are moved from the waitlist to the active list, you will have to secure the spot by sending your payment (via e- transfer) to the Treasurer along with the following information: Name, Full Address with postal code, phone number, email, event title and date, trip leader/coordinator and the password to accept the payment. These details assist the bookkeeper in sending out receipts for payments. We will discuss a gear list and trip logistics on either the evening of December 14, 15 or 16 by conference call - I will arrange that call Wednesday evening and send out call in details to participants. Everyone will be responsible for getting themselves to Golden for Monday am. Carpooling can be arranged during the conference call.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
