Hurray it's Club Discount Shopping night at the MEC time! What are you going to be doing this winter? And what new toys do you need to be doing it with? My guess is that if MEC doesn't stock it, it's not worth having! Everything in the store is 10% for ACC'ers. (With the exception of already discounted items; this is only for goods in store, shipments of products from other stores do not receive a discount; no discounts off packages and clearance items. PLEASE sign up for this event - MEC want to know what sort of numbers of people are going to turn up, and to staff up accordingly. And if you haven't signed up, we will need to see your ACC Membership card on the door. See you there!

-ACC membership card or other ID if you haven't signed up (only members of the Alpine Club of Canada will be permitted) --MEC membership (or $5 to get one)

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
