We will be accessing this hike via Baldy Pass and then climbing the north ridge of Midnight. Depending on conditions, once we summit we may follow the ridge to Midday Peak. We will return via Baldy Pass again.

Elevation Gain: 950 m

Distance: 10 km return

Physical Difficulty: Moderate hike/Easy to moderate scramble depending on conditions

This is your organizer's first time on this trail so there may be a little trail finding. Please do your own research in advance using maps and guide books.

Microspikes, sturdy boots, warm/waterproof layered clothing, sun glasses, gloves, hat, food and drink, personal first aid kit, carpool money

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
