Itinerary: |
Lets head out on Saturday and engage in a late
season scramble of Mount Yamnuska. We shall
traverse from east to west and, depending on our
group and snow conditions, hopefully get to
scramble along the ridge line for most of the
distance up instead of following the usual walling
path.

Required Items to Bring: |
Ice walkers or crampons, helmet, ice axe,
gaiters,
seasonal layered clothing, sun glasses, two sets
of gloves, warm hat, food and drink. personal
first aid kit.

a hot tea may be nice to have at the summit.

Take Valley Ridge exit of Hwy 1 and drive
underneath highway to access service road on south
side of Hwy. heading East past the wedding chapel
to the parking lot of our usual meet up spot.

Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
