Itinerary:
Bring in the new year @ Golden Alpine Holiday's Meadow Lodge Hut! We have two spots available (of 14) on this self guided, self catered 7 day heli-access hut trip. Estimated costs are currently around $950 pp. pending a fully booked hut. Participants on this trip will have a variety of backcountry skills and ski levels, so ideally we will create balanced groups for each outing. Because of the remoteness and duration of the trip, we are encouraging those with a high fitness level and at least intermediate skiing skills, to apply. Payment in full will be required shortly after you are accepted on the trip, and please help us make the planning and logistics of this trip easy by only registering if you are able to commit.
Required Items to Bring:
Avalanche safety gear, Ski equipment, Lounge wear, Food for duration (Details on weight limits to follow)

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
