Itinerary:
3 Nights at Asulkan cabin in Rogers Pass. The main reason to ski Asulkan in March is the high alpine and North Facing terrain. If conditions allow we'll try to ski steep(ish) lines and some mellow(ish) ski mountaineering. Dates are Monday March 5 to Thurs March 8, 2018. Cost: $105 per person (without wilderness pass). After sending me an email with your ski experience, you can secure your spot by sending your deposit to the Treasurer along with the following information: Name, Full address including postal code, phone number, email, course/event title and date, Trip Leader/Coordinator, and the password to accept payment. These details assist the bookkeeper in sending out receipts for payments. Once I have confirmation from the Treasurer that you have paid your deposit, I will move you from the waiting to the attendee list. The easiest way to send payment is via e-transfer.
Required Items to Bring:
Ski touring kit, glacier travel kit, food, etc.

Notes:
If we haven't skied together before, please send me a quick email with your down hill ski ability, fitness level (or max vertical) and listing some recent ski trips you have done, whether you have experience with glacier travel and crevasse rescue.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
