Itinerary:
Soooooooo the ski season is finally on it's way. That means it's time to start training our legs and our livers. The plan, which is fluid, is to go to the Stanley Mitchel Hut for a weekend of hiking and perfecting backcountry cocktail recipes. The road to the hut will be closed, so we're going to bring bikes with us to ride up to Takakkaw Falls where we'll stash the bikes (bring locks) and then hike the remainder of the way to the hut. You can either come up just for Saturday night like Phil, or you can stick around Sunday night like Barend so you can scramble some stuff. PLEASE email PHIL to let him know if you are staying one or two nights. - if you don't email Phil, you will NOT be added to the trip Cost is $35 for one night, $65 for two - payable to the treasurer. Additionally, if you need a wilderness pass, please procure one yourself.

If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
