Itinerary: |
Dates are March 10 -17, 2018. Cost: $1098.22 per person (which includes a small $5 fee to cover our bookkeeping expenses) for the week. 25% non refundable deposit required at the time of booking ($274.55) to secure your spot. Note: This trip is being run on a cost recovery basis. A portion of your fee is being used to pay for the trip coordinator's fees. We will require the balance 90 days before the trip. So this works out to $823.67 by roughly December 10, 2017. Email transfer directly to the Treasurer again is the preferred payment method.
After sending me an email with your ski experience, you can secure your spot by sending your deposit to the Treasurer along with the following information: Name, Full address including postal code, phone number, email, course/event title and date, Trip Leader/Coordinator, and the password to accept payment. These details assist the bookkeeper in sending out receipts for payments. Once I have confirmation from the Treasurer that you have paid your deposit, I will move you from the waiting to the attendee list. The easiest way to send payment is via e-transfer.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
