The tentative plan is to leave Calgary Friday evening and start around 8am Saturday morning and head up to the Columbia Icefield via the Athabasca Glacier and set-up camp Saturday evening on the "homeside" of of the trench. Sunday, if weather conditions permit, we'd start with a typical alpine start and track up Columbia. Discussions during the trip will help decide what other peaks we should consider if the weather is good for Monday. Tuesday we ski out exit via the Athabasca Glacier. Please contact me at John.McMechan@yahoo.ca with your experience.

If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
