Itinerary:
Any takers for a ski tour up Mount Sparrowhawk starting at some ungodly hour? Elevation gain is 1500m, expect 5 hours or less up if the group is strong. We can meet at Canmore or trailhead if you prefer to get more rest by staying in Canmore or car camping on the road side. If the team is super strong we can push the start time back, the goal is to be back at the car by 1:00pm at the latest. Expect a mix of snow conditions, hopefully good corn, possibly some powder, hopefully not mashed potatoes, but we get what we get. If we haven't skied together before please message me with your ski ability, fitness and avalanche experience (specifically if you've taken AST 2) and any advanced first aid you have.
Required Items to Bring:
Transceiver (3 antennas only), probe, shovel. Ski gear, layers.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Sun glasses, water proof shell, sun screen.
