Microspikes are a must!!

Thursday night Prairie Quad busters. 3.5km up with 700m elevation gain. You can either meet me at my house (6 Christie Gardens SW - 3 min walk from the Sirocco station) if you want to carpool or at the elbow falls gate if you want to drive on your own. Everyone will go at their own pace since this is training. Come and do a single lap with me (I am carrying a heavy pack) or 1/2 or 2 laps if you want a different pace, or something in the middle. We will start at 6:30 SHARP!!! If you are running late let me know and we will see you on the trail. I will be in a Silver Nissan Exterra
Required Items to Bring:
What ever you are comfortable with on a hike/run but microspikes are necessary for the top 2/3's right now
