Itinerary:
Spring has arrived, and it's time to gear up for those longer trips. Whether you are preparing for a ski trip or an alpine trip, multi-day or single day, getting your strength and endurance up is a good idea! These training sessions are designed to get you ready for action, and give you an opportunity to share your adventure plans with other ACCers. The work outs will involve hill running, circuit training and core sets. These will be bootcamp style workouts, where participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
Required Items to Bring:
Water, yoga mat, running shoes, extra layers of clothing

How to Get There:
Event Directions:   We will meet in the parking lot in front of Angel's Cafe in Edworthy park. From there we will work out in different areas of the park.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
