Itinerary: |
Join Bill Corbett for a mountaineering tour of
the highest peaks in the Canadian Rockies. Bill
is the author of the award-winning 11,000ers of
the Canadian Rockies and the third person to
climb all of these 54 peaks. The latest
edition of the book includes four more
mountains that exceed the magic elevation or
are tantalizingly close enough to warrant
consideration.
These new entries will be discussed in Bill’s
presentation, along with other adventures—and a
few epics—from his lofty expeditions throughout
the range. The show will feature many of the
book’s new photos, taken by excellent
mountaineering photographers, often from the
unique perspective of an airplane. Signed
copies of the book will be available for
purchase.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
