Itinerary:
It snowed 25-40cm in Yoho and the colder weather this weekend should nicely dry out the snow - that means great skiing... The plan is to go ski in the Emerald Lake area - either the slide path or somewhere with less tracks. Pace for the day will be moderate (expect up to 1200m over 4 hours on the up track). If we haven't skied together please send me a quick email or text briefly detailing your experience, fitness, downhill ability, etc. tylerhallman@hotmail.com 403-607-7125
Required Items to Bring:
Transceiver (3 antennas only), probe, shovel, layers, skis or split-board, skins, etc.

Recommended Items to Bring:
Sun glasses, sun screen, water proof shell.

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   06:10 AM
Carpool Location:   The recycling bins by #1 Highway and Stoney Trail
Carpool Directions:   West on #1 from Calgary, exit right to West Valley Rd, spin around the roundabout, under the highway, then back toward Calgary.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
