Itinerary:
This time we'd like to try out the Eagle Lodge in Golden. A beautiful wooden cabin with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an gas fireplace and a hot tub on the patio. The plan is to meet Thursday in Calgary NW after work and carpool to Golden where our cozy cabin will be waiting for us. We will ski Rogers Pass terrain the 3 days so ski experience and avi training highly recommended (AST1 ok, AST 2 preferable). A questionnaire will be sent to each one wait- listed and once accepted on the trip, you will receive info for payment. Cost: $190 p.person for 3 nights (BC tax included). We will organize dinners later and share the cost. Each participant is responsible to bring their own breakfast, lunch and fancy beverages. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
