Itinerary:
The idea is to saunter down the creek to the climbs at the far end and have a bit of a mess around. The aim is to find Good H’evans Thomas (40m II, WI 3), but there may be too much open water to get to it. There are other options, such as Green Monster (WI 4, probably too hard for me early season) or B2 (WI3). Failing all else we can default to Chantilly Falls on the way out. You don't have to be super experienced for this, but drop me an email with a short summary of your experience.
Required Items to Bring:
Ice climbing equipment, warm clothes, food, head lamp.

How to Get There:
Carpool Departure Time:   08:00 AM
Carpool Location:   Our Lady of Assumption school, off Highway 1
Carpool Directions:   Google it!

Cancellation/Partial Attendance:
Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
