Itinerary: |
Edit: I've added Susan as a trip coordinator. We
will have one team of three. This is part of the
Ice Review weekend. We will
spend 2 days doing some multi-pitch climbing.
First day will be spent at an easy area (like the
junkyards), getting to know one another and
working on systems to make us a good team.
Second day will be spent on a local classic
multi-
pitch using our hard earned systems.
Preference will be given to those staying at the
campsite Saturday night so we can discuss plans
for Sunday depending on the condition of the
weather, the ice and our team.
Once you get on the wait list, send me an e-mail
telling me a bit about your climbing experience.
You should have been out ice climbing before,
know
how to give a lead belay and have some good
fitness for 2 full days in the mountains. No
leading or multi-pitch experience necessary.

Cancellation/Partial Attendance: Please review our participant responsibility guidelines!
Cancellation Policy If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Calgary Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
