Beginners are more than welcome but it will be most effective if you are able to do a few minutes of research pre meeting. (Extended Rappels, tandem and counter balance raps, hauling techniques).

Bring everything you need to practice with and dress warm!! You will need a headlamp, locking and non locking biners, harnesses, belay device, personal anchor, prussic, anchor, and a few draws. I will have prussic cords if you need one or want to try other types. Please bring weight to use as a VICTIM.
